- Does participation build capacity for
change?
On my Wiki

LSI" you will find information about my PhD
research. I invite you to contribute to this ongoing research project and share

Logic of feeling in organisational development
-
How do we
optimise the use of available capacities?
-
How do we
see new possibilities for development?
-
How do we get more out
off our change efforts?
-
How do we get meaningful
results?
-
How can an external
consultant or facilitator contribute to effective
collaboration in dealing with complex issues?
This site gives
you an answer to these questions, derived from my own
quest for logic
as a consultant. I developed a theory, a logic, which
provides a framework to order the world of consultancy
(concepts, methods, models) and which can be of help in
development of organisations and networks:
the logic
of will, discipline and communication. This theory
builds further on the knowledge theory of Arnold Cornelis, the
logic of communicative
self-steering.
Vision on
organisational development
This logic has consequences for my view on consultancy, see
logic and
consultancy and for my
services and projects,
Also it has consequences for my approach, methods and tools.
To put theory into action: a significant part of this site
consists of a workbook.
